This position is located in our Austin Warehouse / Distribution Center and reports to the General Manager. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the daily warehouse operations; receiving, inventory control, order selection and processing, routing of delivery drivers, fleet maintenance and scheduling.

The successful candidate must be able to provide effective leadership of operational execution and planning to ensure the best service to our customers.

Compensation is commensurate with the position.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish Speaking Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management and/or a minimal of 3 years of experince in a warehouse position that requires supervision of others.
• Good analytical ability & decision making skills as demonstrated through daily execution.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability in coaching & developing others. Must lead by example.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written. Fluency in Spanish a must.
• Efficiency in computer skills to include Windows-based environment, Microsoft Word, Exel and email.
• Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast pace environment. This position requires a proactive mindset.
• Abillity to motivate partners and establish challenging team goals.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to include days, evenings, holidays and some weekends.
