Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee
shipping, receiving and order fulfillment for a large independent record
label and music merchandise company. This person will be responsible for
developing and implementing effective warehouse workflow, including
division of work among the warehouse staff, organization of physical space
and utilization of software systems. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager
is responsible for maintaining accurate inventories and ensuring that the
accounting system reflects the real-time physical inventory.
Our warehouse services both Epitaph Records and Kings Road Merch. The
warehouse receives finished salable goods, ships out distributor and tour
supply orders, and picks/packs/ships webstore orders.
Requirements:
excellent organizational skills
ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management
Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced
shipping/receiving/order fulfillment environment. Candidates must be
comfortable with computers and various software including internet
applications and MS Office. Familiarity with UPS and FedEx web
applications, MAS90/ 200 is a plus.
This is a full time position (Mon-Fri) with medical, dental and paid leave
