Employer: Surge Staffing Material Handler – Box Truck Training Provided Pay: $18.00/hour + Overtime Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift Job Summary We are hiring a Material Handler to support daily warehouse and material-handling operations at a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis. This position will assist with moving materials, operating pallet jacks and hand jacks, and driving a box truck as needed. No prior box truck driving experience is required – training will be provided! Responsibilities Move and transport materials throughout the facility Operate hand jacks and pallet jacks Drive a box truck as needed after training Load and unload materials Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to safely move materials throughout the facility Comfortable learning to operate a box truck Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is helpful but not required Box truck driving experience is not required – willing to train IND2
